Rxe Food Company invites applications from Indian Citizens, for the posts of Sales Manager Post Code 01 & Office Assistant (Accountants) Post Code 02
1.TEST DATE OF EXAMINATION (FOR POST CODE 01&02):The exact date will be communicated to the candidates through call letter for the examination.
2.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: A candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
A. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
POST CODE-01&02: Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognised university in any discipline.
B. AGE: ( As on 01.06.2011) Post Code 01 -Above 21 years but below 32 years. Post Code 02 -Above 18 years but below 28 years.
3.SELECTION PROCESS :- The selection process for all posts consists of written test and interview. The venue and schedule of written test will be intimated to individual applicants along with the admit card. The written test will consist of 60 multiple choice questions on general aptitude consisting of Reasoning, Data Analysis, Computer Awareness, General Awareness and Current Affairs. On qualifying the written test, GDs and interviews will be held for short-listed candidates. It is essential to appear in every stage of the examination.
4.PAY SCALE: Sales Manager Grade Rs.16, 200 & Office Assistant (Accountants) Rs.9, 200/-5.GENERAL CONDITIONS: No original certificate is to be sent with the Resume. Original certificates of the short listed candidates shall be verified at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid for the written test. In case it is found that information furnished by a candidate is defective in any manner, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected as and when it comes to the notice of the Management.6.HOW TO APPLY : Candidates are required to send fees by way of a Demand Draft of Rs.125/-(One Hundred and Twenty Five only) drawn in favour of SUNITA KUMARI, payable at BOKARO along with the resume mentioning the post applied for, candidates can apply for both the posts with separate resume and application fee neatly filled, complete in all respects, is to be sent by ordinary post in an envelope so as to reach on or before 07.02.2012.
